I love this Vanilla Brazil Nut Milk, I make it often and it is so good. During my trip to PR, one of my athletes, Mayra, asked me if I ever ate Chia Seeds? I never had...but, now I have been adding 2 teaspoons full to a glass full ever since! A few tips...use 2 cheese cloths and a fine sieve to strain the milk. First drain through one, then when the nut blocks the passage, strain through the second, rinse the first, and repeat, as necessary. Strain through the cheesecloth BEFORE adding the other ingredients and add Chia seeds to a glass full. (I did in the recipe once, and, they get VERY thick if you are saving some for later.
